1A EMERGENCY SERVICES Ltd.,  is a long established family business, based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The business was started in 1977 as the first reactive trades business in Scotland, perhaps in the UK. Not to be confused with inferior trade companies that have brought the reactive (emergency) business poor press in recent years. We take pride in the level of service that we offer.

When it first started operating the business offered a fast response plumbing repair service but since then it has transformed into a multi trade reactive solution for all kinds of fast building repairs and maintenance.

Our customer base consists of many Estate Agencies and factoring services, retail groups, commercial groups, government departments and very many private clients.

Some of clients have been with us for twenty years , whose who know us have come to rely on us for their property care requirements. We work with the customer to help identify the solution best suited to their needs. For example, a customer may used their favorite joinery company for many a year. However they may be let down in some other area such as (say) plumbing, no problem.

1A Emergency Services Ltd ., do recognize that the customer would not want to remove work from their reliable joiner and we would not encourage them to do so. We will be happy to fill your area of weakness for you. In such cases, we will happily work along with your favorite tradesman when it is required.
