A word about our gas services.
Currently we look after the gas needs of many hundreds of properties, we carry out gas and central heating repairs. Servicing of all kinds of gas appliances ie. boilers, fires etc. Gas testing and the issue of landlords gas safety certificates. We also have a reactive repair service carried out by our in-house, qualified engineers. Gas and related services are now a substantial part of the company's turnover. Our services are available to the many multi-site property agents who we deal with on a daily basis, and to the public.
1A Emergency services have many extra services that can be offered, from supplying and fitting discount carpeting to commercial cleaning services. Whatever your needs to maintain and keep your properties in first class condition, we can offer a cost effective solution.

The company has now received delivery of the Firestorm Tracking system designed by Paradigm Software, built to our own specifications, this will enhance the service that we offer clients. All jobs will be fully trackable from starting the job right up to the invoice, allowing us to give feedback report information as it is required by our customers. These reports can be customised to meet different criteria, and that is being well accepted.
